Places hold memories. Whether a building has existed for hundreds of years or was newly built a month ago, it carries with it countless moments of those who have lived through it.
Yet while some things stay the same, change is inevitable. When this stability is taken away, what remains? Does the building continue to serve the same purpose in its new form? What do we do with the memories that it once housed?
Welcome to The Places We’ve Been. Through a series of contemporary musical works that explore various locations in our everyday lives, you are invited to a session of remembering and reliving – through concrete, nature and everything in between.
