Singapore International Violin Competition 2026 Grand Finals
February 7, 2026 • 5:00pm
Esplanade Concert Hall
The Singapore International Violin Competition (SIVC) returns in 2026, celebrating exceptional artistry and the future of violin performance. A triennial global platform, the Competition brings together 30 outstanding young violinists under the age of 30, and has, since its launch in 2014, grown into a distinctive international event that champions artistic excellence, contemporary creation and meaningful musical dialogue.
The Grand Finals bring the Competition to its most exhilarating moment. Three Grand Finalists will perform a concerto of their choice with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, taking the spotlight on one of Singapore’s most iconic stages—the Esplanade Concert Hall. This climactic round showcases each artist’s virtuosity, interpretive daring, and command of the orchestral arena. Audiences can expect an unforgettable evening as the finalists deliver their most compelling performances before an international jury of distinguished performers and pedagogues, who will determine the laureates of SIVC 2026.
