Natalie Hennedige is the founder and Artistic Director of CAKE, a performance company committed to creating works and excursions that embody the experience of performance and art. Beyond its main season productions, CAKE presents the Running with Strippers series – an exploratory platform for investigating contemporary modalities of artistic expression. As a performance director and writer, Natalie is known for her singular artistic language and creative vision exploring complex states through highly constructed heightened worlds with collaborators from diverse artistic disciplines and cultural backgrounds. 

 

She is the recipient of the National Arts Council Young Artist Award and JCCI Singapore Foundation Culture Award. Natalie served as the Festival Director for the Singapore International Festival of Arts (2022 -2025).
