Written for Gabriel Hoe and Luong Khanh Nhi (4th-year YST Piano majors) and inspired by his long-time love and fascination for the piano duo, Ding Jian Han’s new composition will be performed alongside piano duos from the standard repertoire. Experience the juxtaposition of old and new in this special performance.
The Modern Music Matinee aims to promote contemporary compositions and performance styles in a casual and accessible setting. This edition will feature new works by current composition students at the Conservatory.
This masterclass themed The Tenor Voice, open to the public, is part of Teaching and Artistry Voice Pedagogy Conference 2019. Students of the masterclass will come from various local singing studios.
