The YST Young Pianists Academy 2026 culminates in a final showcase concert, bringing together participating young pianists in a celebration of artistry, growth and achievement. The concert highlights the progress made over four days of intensive study with Academy faculty, and offers audiences a compelling snapshot of the next generation of pianistic talent within YST’s vibrant performance environment.

ABOUT YST YOUNG PIANISTS ACADEMY 2026
The YST Young Pianists Academy returns in 2026 from 25 – 28 June, promising four days of inspiration, artistry and transformation for young pianists. Hosted by YST’s Piano Department, this immersive academy brings together our faculty line-up: YST Head of Piano Studies, Professor Albert Tiu and Assoc Prof Ning An, alongside distinguished guest artists Mr Andrew Ma Cong and Mr Lim Yan.
Designed for highly motivated young pianists aged 13 to 18, the Academy offers individual lessons, public masterclasses, chamber lessons, performance coaching and a culminating showcase concert. More than a training course, the Academy is a vibrant meeting of emerging talents who are challenged to deepen their musical voice, and experience the energy of the Conservatory’s thriving performance environment.
TICKETING INFORMATION
Admission is free and on a first-come, first-served basis. For everyone’s safety, admission will close once the venue reaches full capacity.
Out of respect for all patrons, late admission will only be allowed at suitable intervals. No children under 6 years of age will be allowed admission. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
