Application Documents to Submit

Mandatory Documents

1. Copy of Passport Personal Particulars Page 

2. Passport-sized Colour Photograph

3. University Transcripts

4. Copy of Bachelor’s Degree or University Student Status Letter 

5. Curriculum Vitae (maximum 1 page)

6. Pre-Screening Video / Composition Portfolio 

Note: 

• Non-English documents must be accompanied by English translation.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may submit a copy of their NRIC instead of a copy of their passport.
• You should ensure that the video recordings should have good sound quality with adequate and proper lighting. You may record in separate takes but each piece must be unedited and performed in one sitting with the same room conditions. The video files should be saved in one of the following formats: MP4, MPEG, MOV, MPG, WMV. Each file size should not exceed 500MB. Label each file clearly with the composer’s name, title of work and movement (if applicable).
• All recorded files and scores should be saved into ONE folder and uploaded onto a shareable online drive (e.g. Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive). Copy the shared folder link onto a word/text document and upload the PDF version of the file in your online submission. 
• Externally graded music certificates (e.g. ABRSM, Trinity) are not required.
• Recommendation letters and testimonials are optional.
