Candidates will need to submit:

1. 1. Two audio recordings (.WAV file)
      
      • Two proper mixed band recordings each from different music genres. The instruments in both recordings should include at least 1 drum, 1 electrical guitar or acoustic guitar, 1 electrical bass or acoustic bass, 1 keyboard or piano and 1 optional leading vocal.

      Or

      • One solo instrument recording and one chamber or orchestra recording.
        
        
   2. Technical descriptions of the two recordings. The descriptions should include the following information:

• • • Title of the piece and name of the musician/bands.
    • Microphone brand and model.
    • Microphone setup along with the rationale.
    • Signal flow from the microphone to loudspeaker. Candidates are to indicate if there are any outboard equipment used for the recording.
    • Acoustics considerations on the recording venue.
    • Recording date and year.

Note:

All recorded files and scores should be saved into ONE folder and uploaded onto a shareable online drive (e.g. Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive). Copy the shared folder link onto a word/text document and combine into one PDF with your Curriculum Vitae. (Please avoid sharing on Baidu platform.)
