Join master improvisor and YST’s newly appointed Professor Karst de Jong alongside a collection of distinct improvisers from multiple stylistic backgrounds as they collectively celebrate the Art of Improvisation. The program will explore a diverse set of spontaneous musical inventions from Ear to Ear, offering improvisations ranging from classical to contemporary. These performances will be delivered by a unique consort of musical instrumentalists, all expert-improvisers in their own right, alongside Professor Karst. |
