STUDENT COMMITTEES
1ST YST STUDENT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Every registered undergraduate in YST is automatically a member of the NUS Students’ Union (NUSSU) and the NUSSU Conservatory Club.
The Conservatory Club was established in 2018 with the election of its first Student Management Committee (SMC). The SMC aims to foster student engagement, promote students’ interests, increase students’ awareness of school policies, initiate student welfare activities and lead in gathering feedback on student life matters.

In February 2018, the committee formed the group artYST, which presented its first self-directed, produced and written musical Fix(,) as part of the NUS Centre for the Arts ExxonMobil Campus Concerts.
