ABOUT MUTSUKI WATANABE
The winner of Grand Prix Award at the prestigious International Electone Festival ‘88 (Paris), Mutsuki studied composition theory, piano and vocal accompaniment at Hamburger Konservatorium and Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg in Germany. Since his return to Japan, he had his solo concerts all over the country and had released 5 albums. His myriad collaborations with well known classical music artistes (pianists, percussionists, cellists, violinists and vocalists etc) includes ones with the esteemed Tokyo Symphony Orchestra. Not only has he received high accolades in Japan, but also his solo concerts and master classes conducted in China and Taiwan have been received excellently. With his extraordinarily expressive capability built upon strong musicality, Mutsuki is a leading electone expert in classical music.
