An alumna of the Conservatory (B.MUS11’), Taiwanese violinist Rose Hsien is emerging as one of the most sought after young violinists internationally. She is a laureate in many international competitions, most recently, recipient of the Golden Medal from the 2017 1st Berliner International Music Competition. Rose has appeared as a soloist with the London Philharmonia Orchestra, Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, Russian Symphony Orchestra, and recently made her debut at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw and Slovakia’s Philharmonic. She has toured to Japan and Prague, which included appearances at the Rudolfinum's Dvořák Hall. She has also performed in Carnegie Hall in New York and in London, at the Barbican, Purcell Room and Wigmore Hall. Rose will be joined by emerging pianist Ivan Moshchuk, a recipient of the Gilmore Young Artist Award, a graduate of the Peabody Institute in Baltimore and an alumnus of the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris.
