SUMMARY:Singapore International Violin Competition 2026 Finals
DESCRIPTION:The Singapore International Violin Competition (SIVC) returns in 2026\, celebrating exceptional artistry and the future of violin performance. A triennial global platform\, the Competition brings together 30 outstanding young violinists under the age of 30\, and has\, since its launch in 2014\, grown into a distinctive international event that champions artistic excellence\, contemporary creation and meaningful musical dialogue. \nIn the Finals Round\, Six Finalists who have advanced through the earlier rounds will perform selected string quartet works in collaboration with the Shanghai Quartet. Presented at Victoria Concert Hall\, the Finals Rounds offers audiences an intimate encounter with each competitor’s chamber musicianship\, interpretive command\, and collaborative finesse.
