DESCRIPTION:Trio Abstrakt from Germany leads a reading session of new works by YST composition majors. \nWith their unique combination of saxophone\, piano\, and percussion\, the ensemble offers students the opportunity to explore and refine their ideas through collaboration\, experimentation\, and performance—a session of discovery and creative exchange in new musical ideas. \nOver the past eight years\, Trio Abstrakt has championed contemporary chamber music\, working closely with composers such as Isabel Mundry\, Franck Bedrossian\, Alberto Posadas\, Giorgio Netti\, and Milica Djordjević. Their programming spans classical\, improvisational\, electronic\, jazz\, and rock influences\, reflecting a commitment to both tradition and the present-day sonic landscape. \nDon’t miss Trio Abstrakt’s other events at YST: \nTrio Abstrakt in Recital25 Mar\, 7.30pm | YST Recital Studio | Free with Registration \n  \nCo-presented with the Goethe-Institut Singapore. \n \n  \nTICKETING INFORMATION  \nAdmission is free and on a first-come\, first-served basis.
